All persons seeking admission holding non-permanent visas will be processed as 国际学生. F-1学生签证申请人, 或持F-1签证从高中转学的学生, 大学, 或者美国的大学, must submit in person or by mail a completed International Student Application Form (I-20 Application) available online.
All 国际学生 must follow the guidelines for Texas Success Initiative (TSI) as determined by Texas State law. International Student applicants not completing 大学-level courses at a United States 大学 or university are required to take the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment. The TSI Assessment is designed to help determine if you are ready for 大学-level courses in English, 阅读, 和数学. This assessment will also help determine what type of courses or intervention will best meet your needs to help you become better prepared for 大学-level courses. 如果你没有被确定为“豁免”," you are required to take the TSI Assessment before the start of the first semester of enrollment.
